We're pleased to announce 66 affordable properties coming soon to Northamptonshire

We're pleased to announce that 66 properties will be coming soon to a brand-new development in Northamptonshire.

The proposed scheme located near the village of Harpole, will comprise 100% affordable properties offering 33 affordable rent and 33 Shared Ownership homes. A collection of two, three and four-bedroom houses will be on offer, as well as one-bedroom maisonettes and two-bedroom bungalows.

The development will be incorporated into plans for a wider urban extension to Northampton, where approximately 1,900 new homes will be built in total by a number of providers. New and improved community facilities will also be delivered as part of the project, including a new primary school and medical centre.

The first properties are expected to be completed in August 2023, with construction finishing around December 2025.  The brand-new scheme is located just 11 miles from Micklewell Park, our flagship development in Daventry, which currently has two, three, four and five-bedroom homes available to purchase via market sale.

The development is situated near the village of Harpole and is the perfect location for commuters, families, and first-time buyers. Northampton train station is just four miles from the development, and the M1 and A45 are within easy driving distance for those who travel to and from work.  There is a selection of excellent local amenities within a one-mile radius, including playing fields, sports clubs, high-street shops, pubs, and restaurants. Families moving to the area have a range of schools to choose from, including Harpole Primary School, located one mile from the development, and Duston Eldean School, which is just a short drive away.  

We currently have three thriving new communities underway in the Midlands, including Micklewell Park in Daventry, Savant Court in Lichfield, and Orbit at Hanwood Park in Kettering.
