Vilyana and Maggie find their forever home

Healthcare worker, Vilyana and her beloved dog Maggie, are over the moon after securing their forever home in Norfolk, only two and a half months after first viewing the property!

In March 2022, Vilyana (40) completed the purchase of her band-new Orbit Home. After previously working in London and living in Bedfordshire, Vilyana was looking for a house in the countryside to enjoy a more relaxed pace of life.

She explains: “I sold my previous home in Bedfordshire to buy a new build from Orbit Homes. I was searching for a beautiful home that offers a lot of space in a quiet and safe area. It was also important to me to have a home that was energy efficient and a lovely garden. Thankfully, Orbit Homes was able to offer all of this. In January 2022, I booked my first appointment with the sales team and the following week I viewed my future home for the first time!

“I knew I loved the house from the first moment I saw it. Both of the sales assistants were very friendly and lovely people, and they have been so supportive throughout the process – which only took two and a half months from first viewing to completion.

Vilyana continues: “I was so glad that the sales process was straightforward. My advice for anyone buying a new home is to make sure you buy from a trusted developer and someone who is going to have your back if anything happens. I really appreciate how welcome Orbit Homes made me feel. Before completion, the site team took the time to discuss with me about my needs and wishes for the design of the garden and the house interior. Everything was finalised a few weeks after completion and the results were wonderful.

“My dog Maggie is the perfect model to showcase our new home. She was only allowed on the sofa to take the picture – and she was enjoying herself a lot! We are both delighted with our brand-new Orbit Home and the laid-back lifestyle that Norfolk offers.”
