Orbit Homes to deliver 46 further brand-new affordable houses in Herne Bay

Orbit Homes is set to deliver a further 46 affordable homes in Herne Bay.

The affordable homes, which will be built by national homebuilder, Taylor Wimpey, form part of the wider St Augustine’s Place development located on Sweechbridge Road. Orbit Homes will offer 14 homes for shared ownership and 32 homes for affordable rent, comprising a mix of two and three bedroom houses across both tenures.  

Works are already underway, with the first homes set to be ready in Spring 2024.
