Orbit Homes to deliver new affordable homes in Keresley, Coventry
Orbit Homes is continuing its commitment to deliver quality, energy efficient new homes in the Midlands after agreeing a partnership with Bellway for the delivery of 62 affordable homes at its Arden Glade development in Keresley, Coventry.
Orbit Homes will offer a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, one-bedroom maisonettes and two, three and four-bedroom houses at Arden Glade. Over 60% of these homes will be available for social rent and affordable rent, with the remainder available for purchase through Shared Ownership.
The new homes will be built by Bellway, and all Orbit Homes properties will achieve an energy efficiency rating of EPC B. All homes will include solar PV panels, an individual electric vehicle charging point and a renewable-based heating system as standard, as well as flooring and turf throughout.
Orbit Homes is set to release its first homes for purchase through Shared Ownership at Arden Glade in Summer 2026.
