Orbit Homes announces 225 properties will be coming soon to a brand-new flagship development in the village of Old Catton, Norwich.
Dovecote Gardens is an exciting new development of two, three and four-bedroom homes, which can be bought at market sale or through the shared ownership scheme, plus one, two and three-bedroom homes which are available through affordable rent.

The brand-new development will also be hosting a time capsule event in September, as part of The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations. A competition will take place between local primary schools in July, and the winner will have their suggested item go into the time capsule. The winning school will help plant the time capsule at Dovecote Gardens and receive a £500 donation.
