On some of the couple’s favourite features of their new home at Felix Park, Adam said: “We love the size and quality of our new home, the ‘Langford’ gives us more than enough room for kids one day – and a study for me to escape them!

The couple see Felix Park as the ‘perfect area’, with all their day-to-day needs available in Soham with shops, restaurants and public facilities, all alongside the town’s beautiful countryside setting.

“We also chose Felix Park so we could stay within Soham and this is the perfect area for us, we’re not on a busy high street but close to the main roads and the lovely city of Ely.”

On why they chose to purchase a new build home, Adam admitted he was dubious at first but Orbit Homes and Felix Park has changed his mind: “Knowing you’re the first people to live in a property gives us a nice sense of pride. Also, with my wife and I not being hands on, a new build home allowed us to have the house we wanted, in terms of choosing the style and having a blank canvas to build our future on.”
