Orbit Homes wins national customer satisfaction award at the Housebuilder Awards
Leading affordable housebuilder, Orbit Homes, is celebrating after winning the award for Best Customer Satisfaction Initiative at the Housebuilder Awards.
Orbit Homes, part of not-for-profit housing group, Orbit, were crowned winners after judges considered innovation, imagination and impact on the approach to customer satisfaction, addressing customer needs, excellence and delivery above the norm and clear benefit to customers.
The affordable housebuilder was celebrated for developing a customer journey shaped around what homeowners want from a home both now and in the future, its high specification and build quality, and operational initiatives that help ensure excellence for its customers.
Orbit Homes was also one of just six housebuilders to be shortlisted in the category of Medium Housebuilder of the Year.
The Housebuilder Awards take place annually and celebrate excellence across the UK in all aspects of the homebuilding industry, including customer satisfaction, sustainability and design.
