Orbit Homes to deliver 81 new affordable homes in Kent at Hermitage Park in Aylesford
Leading affordable housebuilder, Orbit Homes, is set to deliver 81 affordable homes in Kent as part of Hermitage Park in Aylesford.
Orbit Homes worked with Valere Group to secure a partnership with Croudace Homes at Hermitage Park and will deliver 50 homes for affordable rent and 31 new homes for Shared Ownership, including a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses.
Shared Ownership homes from Orbit Homes at Hermitage Park will feature a specification which allows customers to move in and enjoy their new homes from day one, with flooring including throughout, kitchen appliances such as integrated fridge freezers and dishwashers, as well as turf to rear gardens for all houses.
Construction of the homes is already underway and the first Shared Ownership homes from Orbit Homes are expected to be available to purchase from summer 2025.
