Orbit Homes continues delivery of affordable homes in Kent at Foal Hurst Green in Paddock Wood

Construction is now underway on 40 affordable homes at Foal Hurst Green in Paddock Wood, which are being delivered in partnership by Orbit Homes and Berkeley.

The new homes for affordable rent and Shared Ownership from Orbit Homes at the Badsell Road site comprise a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and one, two and three-bedroom houses.

The first Shared Ownership homes are expected to be available to purchase from autumn 2025.
