These independent awards are based on feedback from customers after they have moved into their new build homes and, in 2025, over 95% of our customers would recommend us to a friend.

Being a 5 star HBF housebuilder
The HBF Star Rating Scheme awards builders’ stars for customer satisfaction and Orbit Homes are proud to be the only 5-star-rated housing association in the UK.
The number of stars awarded is based on the homeowner feedback in an independent National New Homes Survey of customer satisfaction. Star ratings are awarded based on the results of one question asked in the National New Homes Survey: Would you recommend your builder to a friend?
Orbit Homes were awarded 5 stars which means 90% or more of our customers are prepared to recommend us to a friend.
