77 Shared Ownership properties which will be available to purchase via Orbit Homes
64 private sale properties available to purchase through Wates

The homes are modern and stylish, while outside there will be beautifully landscaped urban gardens and green spaces for you to enjoy. With easy access to local shops and amenities, good transport links to central London, attractive parks, schools and the River Thames, Park East is a fantastic place to make your new home.

Park East is just half a mile from Erith town centre, so you can pop out to the shops in no time. It’s within easy reach of a variety of high street shops, independent stores and supermarkets. In addition to this there is also a community hub, The Exchange. Here you will find a deli/restaurant and art space.

Erith is also undergoing an exciting transformation, with significant funding and the local community building an inspiring neighbourhood. Always an area of creativity and industry, it’s being restored as a flourishing riverside town, with rejuvenated spaces, enhanced transport links and the new amenities it deserves.
Bexley College has relocated into a brand new campus building in Erith, while new homes, improved roads and more pedestrian links are revitalising the local environment.

Another impressive development is the forthcoming arrival of Crossrail. The eastern end of this fast rail line will be at the striking new Abbey Wood station, easily reached from Erith, and taking you right into and across London quicker than ever before.

At the heart of the development, you’ll find green urban space, while smaller gardens, an ecology area and children’s play areas across the site. Just five minutes’ walk from Park East is The Dell, a woodland area with paths winding between the trees, while Slade Green Recreation Ground with its football pitches
and playgrounds is less than a mile away –perfect for burning up some energy.
Enjoy long walks on Franks Park, a green expanse of grasslands and beautiful woods just north of Erith town centre, or for a day out head to Danson Park in nearby Bexleyheath. With a boating lake, adventure playground, gardens, nature reserve, outdoor gym and cycling paths, it’s ideal for spending time with family and friends.

If you want to get active inside, Erith Leisure Centre has a fantastic range of sport and fitness facilities, including a 25m swimming pool, large gym and sports hall.

Park East is designed for people of all ages, backgrounds and lifestyles. It is a welcoming and inclusive place to meet, and as part of the wider regeneration of Erith, Park East continues to enhance the local area and bring benefits to the whole community.
