Archery Gardens

The seaside town of St Leonards-on-Sea offers a wealth of shopping, leisure and entertainment options; with stylish independent shops and restaurants, a selection of supermarkets and Priory Meadow Shopping Centre in Hastings itself, featuring more than 50 shops including a variety of large, popular retailers.

The beautiful countryside around Hastings offers plenty to see and do with nature reserves and Sites of Special Scientific interest providing a home to a breathtaking variety of wildlife.  Hastings boasts a wonderful array of historical attractions for everyone to enjoy, and history buffs will love Hastings Castle, a ruined 11th century Norman fortress.  There is a lively (and growing) arts scene, with several festivals held throughout the year, and plenty of leisure pursuits and facilities available to keep both children and adults entertained for hours.

For those with children, there’s an excellent selection of schools at both primary and secondary level, with local higher education available at East Sussex College, Hastings.

Archery Gardens is well served with nearby bus routes to the railway station and Hastings town centre, and Hastings itself is well connected by road and rail throughout the South East and its beautiful coastlines.
