Our Mission

Orbit Homes aim to create new homes to suit everyone; whether you're a first time buyer looking for a starter home, a growing family looking for more space or anything in between!

We have an ambitious development programme which will see us developing over 1,000 homes per year across all tenures. We seek to ensure that  our new homes are future-proof and are increasingly incorporating eco-friendly technologies such as solar panels and ground source heating into our homes.  

At Orbit Homes we set ourselves apart from other developers; we are proud to be a social business and invest our surpluses back into providing more affordable homes. We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and our Customer Charter fully acknowledges the requirements of the Consumer Code for Home Builders
