Sprowston lies off the A1151, which runs from Norwich up towards north Norfolk. Manor Park is approximately 1.5 miles from joining the Norwich ring road and 3 miles from the inner ring road. This makes it a great spot for those travelling into Norwich centre. Sprowston Park and Ride is close-by and there are further frequent buses that run between the city and Sprowston.

Out & About
Sprowston is a growing suburb to the north of Norwich, which continues to prove popular with families. The town has a high school with its own sixth form, three junior schools and three infant schools, along with several nurseries. There are parks with playgrounds for children and free to use tennis courts at the Recreation Ground, as well as football pitches, a cricket pitch and a bowling green.
There are some great places to eat and drink around Sprowston. The Brickmakers is a popular pub for those who enjoy live bands and The Blue Boar is great for relaxing whilst the children play outside. The impressive Sprowston Manor is now a Mariott Hotel with 94 rooms and a country club with an 18 hole golf course, spa facilities and restaurant.
The two Norwich cathedrals and the castle stand tall within the city.
"Norwich is a fine city, which provides a wealth of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues as well as history, all within a nicely compact city centre."Orbit Homes at Manor Park, Orbit Homes
